Gregory H. Landis, D. O.
Dr. Gregory H. Landis is a board certified cardiovascular surgeon who has been in private practice in the Lansing area since 1991. He co-founded the cardiac surgery program at Sparrow Hospital in 1994 with excellent nationally recognized results. At Sparrow Hospital, Dr. Landis was first to perform laser surgery on the heart and to insert the first endovascular graft to treat abdominal aortic aneurysms.

Four years ago, Dr. Landis was the first cardiovascular surgeon to perform laser surgery in the treatment of venous insufficiency and varicose veins in Lansing. He has now performed over 1000 endovascular laser procedures in his clinics.

Dr. Landis is a regional trainer for physicians in the laser treatment of venous disease. His clinics are also training sites for medical students, vascular ultrasound technicians, physician assistant students and nursing students. Dr. Landis is also an associate clinical professor at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, clinical director for Grand Valley State University for ultrasound technician training and clinical trainer for Central Michigan University Physician Assistant program.

Dr. Landis has recently constructed a new clinic in East Lansing. He has also established clinics in Brighton and Carson City.
